Hollister Haul!

Hey dolls!

Tuesday I went to the Centro in Oberhausen, that's the biggest mall in Europe. I live in Holland and there aren't any Hollister or Abercrombie&Fitch stores here, so we went to Germany. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, but that was okay cause there was a hot guy standing in front of the store ;)

The first thing I got is this plaid shirt, it's pink with green, blue and black stripes. It's supersoft and comfy! It originally was €54 but it was on sale for €43,20.

The next thing I got are these lounge sweatpants. They're navy and supercomfy, I love them! They were originally €36 but they were on sale for €28,80.

The last thing I got was this no-closure cardigan, the pics I took are all blurry so I just used one from the website. It's in a really pretty light grey colour, and it has some cute ruffles. This was €54.

I'm really happy with the stuff I got!

My Fast Morning Make Up Routine

Hey beauties!

I am so sorry for not posting! I was sick, I had sinusitis and mono. But whatever, I thought I'd tell you my morning routine. I honestly hate getting up early, and you shouldn't talk to me at all. I'm like Grumpy! So I try to do my make up really fast so I can sleep longer :)

1. First I clean my face with Nivea Stay Clear tonic
2. Then I apply Sephora Light Veil foundation with my fingers
3. Over that I apply Sephora Radiant Loose Powder
4. I use a Sephora Flashy liner in Deep Black to make a winged eyeliner
5. I curl my lashes
6. Then I apply 2 coats of L'oreal million lashes mascara
7. And to finish of my look I use Infallible Never Fail Plumping Lipgloss in Plump Red


This usually takes me 10 minutes.

MTV EMA 2011 - The Best and Worst Dressed

Hey lovelies!
The MTV Europe Awards were last sunday, and I thought it would be a nice idea if I made a Best and Worst dressed list for you guys! I'm really sorry about not posting in such a long time, I'm very busy with school. Anyways I hope you'll enjoy it!

The Best:

Selena Gomez looked like an angel in her Marchesa dress, I just love everything about this outfit!

Hayden Panettiere wore a Tibi dress with baroque print, simple but cute!

Bar Refaeli looked glamorous in a strapless Replay dress, I love the dress but the shoes are not my style.

This outfit would look to pink on anyone, except for Katy Perry she somehow can pull this of. BTW I am in love with those shoes!


The Worst:

Some people love this look, but I think Jessie J looks old (she's 23). I think this Dolce&Gabanna dress would've looked better if it was a different print, I think the print looks kinda trashy.

 Nice try Jennifer Metcalfe, but this outfit I just think this does NOT look good

Well, J-Woww and Snooki, it could've been worse.

L'Oréal Paris Volume Million Lashes Mascara Review

Hey lovelies!

(I have the waterproof version that's why it's blue, the normal one is black.
I've used my L'Oreal Million Lashes mascara for over a month now, and I'm really loving it! I really recommend getting this. In the US it's only $7! It's so unfair, I live in the Netherlands and here it's €17 which is more than $23 so that's more than 3 times more expensive.

What L'Oreal says:

L'Oréal Paris Volume Million Lashes Mascara definately does it's job well! Of course it doesn't give you a million lashes, but that would look pretty scary I think. It gives me a lot of volume and definately lengthens my lashes. The mascara is easy to apply and doesn't clump. The under lashes are a little harder to apply it to because the brush is very big and there often comes mascara on my skin. The excess wiper also works fine but I still have to scrape the tip, because that doesn't go through the excess wiper I think that's because it's too little. I will definately buy it again!

- brush is al little too big for under lashes

Halloween Tutorial: Snooki

Hey lovelies!
I thought it'd be fun if I made a halloween tutorial for you, I decided to do a Snooki tutorial because I think she's very funny.

Hair

Here's a video where Snooki herself shows how to make her infamous poof, you could also buy a Snooki Wig if your hair is not long and dark like Snooki's.

Make-Up
1. Snooki's skin is very very tanned, almost orange from all the tanning spray. Snooki uses Sunlove spray tan, but any very dark spray will work!
2. Apply a foundation to your face and your neck that's way to dark for your skintone, like the L'oreal Paris True Match Roller in the color C5-6 Classic Beige/Soft Sable.
3. Contour your face with a bronzer, for instance Maybelline Dream Mousse Bronzer in the shade Sun Glow 20.
4. I think that Snooki mostly wears a natural colored blush, because I've never seen her with like pink blush or something. I think the L'oreal Paris True Match Naturale All-Over Mineral Glow in the shade Pink Glow is perfect for this look!
5. Snooki mostly wears smokey eyes, I recommend using the Sephora Pro Lesson Palette: Smoky Eyes it has got the instruction next to the eyeshadows and you also get a black eyeliner with it. If you don't want to buy the whole palette or want a more natural look here's a video on how to make a smokey eye.
6. Apply false eyelashes, here's an easy tutorial.
7. And then the last stap is to apply lipstick, Snooki always wears nude lipstick. Revlon Matte Lipstick in the color Nude Attitude would be perfect for this!

Nails
Kiss has great fake nails, try to match them with your outfit!

Outfit
Either wear a short skintight black or animalprint dress with sky high heels or wear a tracksuit with slippers. Here are a few dresses that would be perfect, they're all from Forever21 so very affordable: Y-Back Bandage Dress, Asymmetrical Animal Print Dress, Fitted Metallic Dress, Sweetheart Ruched Dress. And some heels I found: Leopard Peep Toe Stilettos, Suedette Pumps. Juicy Couture Crown Of Couture Velour Hoodie , Crown Of Couture Velour Pant. Snooki has her own line of slippers with Happy Feet called Snooki Slippers.

How to: give yourself a manicure

Hey beauties!
Today I'm gonna write a step-by-step tutorial so you can do your own manicure!

What you'll need:
- nail polish remover
- cotton balls
- bowl with hot water
- towel
- nail clipper (optional)
- nail file
- cuticle oil
- cuticle pusher
- lotion
- cotton swab
- base coat
- nail polish
- top coat

1. Use nail polish remover to remove your old nail polish, even if you're not wearing nail polish do this to clean your nails.

2. Soak your hands in a bowl with hot water for about 10 minutes. This is gonna make your nails softer so it's easier to clip and file them. After the 10 minutes dry your hands.

3. Clip your nails (optional) and file them in one direction only, filing back and forth will cause splits.

4. Massage your cuticles with cuticle oil. After that gently push your cuticles back, do not cut them!

5. Use your favorite lotion to massage your hands.

6. Then use a cotton swab to dry your nails.

7. Apply a base coat to protect your natural nails. Let it dry.

8. Polish your nails with your fave colour.

9. Wait until the nailpolish is completely dry, and apply a top coat to protect your nail polish from chipping.

What songs I've been loving this month

It's the end of september, so I'm gonna tell you what songs I've been loving this month. I hope you like it!

Hot Chelle Rae - Tonight Tonight: lalala whatever lalala it doesn't matter lalala oh well lalala. Everytime I hear this song I have to sing along with it (so rimey haha).

Gavin DeGraw - Not Over You: I just looooooove this, idk why but it has been stuck in my head for like forever!

Beyoncé - Best Thing I Never Had: I basically love every Beyoncé song, so this one too. She looks so beautiful!

Kelly Clarkson - Mr. Know It All: Kelly has such a beautiful voice, all her songs are so good!

Demi Lovato - Skyscraper: This song is so inspiring and beautiful, Demi has a beautiful strong voice and is an amazing singer. I wish I had a voice like hers (unfortunately I really suck at singing). Her album Unbroken just came out, and I have one thing to say about it: GO GET IT! It's so amazing!

I always love what Ashley Tisdale wears, so I decided I would make a Dress Like Ashley Tisdale blog, I hope you like it!

Today I'm gonna show you my favourite youtubers, and what videos of them I like the most.

Elle Fowler: I love Elle! She's so pretty and funny! Her main channel is AllThatGlitters21 and her vlog channel is EllesGlitterGossip. Her little sister Blair is also a youtube beauty guru, they have a blog together elleandblair.com it's one of my fave websites it's a great community for girls who love all things girly :) I chose this video because it's really funny.

Blair Fowler: So this is Elle's sister Blair, I love her too she has a great personality and makes really heplful tutorials. Her channels are Juicystar07 (main channel) and otherjuicystar07 (vlog channel). She and Elle also have a webshop called GlitzyGlam where they sell a lot of cute personalized stuff! They also have a line of phone cases for Cellairis.
This video is my favourite because I really love the look!<3

cutepolish: I don't know what her real name is, sorry. But anyway this is my favourite nail art tutorial channel, her videos are amazing! She explains everything very well, and makes the hardest nail art easy. This is her channel. This is my fave tutorial she's done so far.

Jarmaine Santiago: you love her or you hate her, I love her. She's probably the funniest youtube guru! Her videos are like comedy shows, I always lmao. I chose this video because it's so true and inspiring (and of course funny like all her videos). Her main channel is JLovesMac1 she also has vlog channel called JarmaineTV .

Nikki Phillippi: Nikki is also very funny! (guess I really like that in youtubers) She makes videos about beauty, fashion and hair on her channel NikkiPhillippi and she also has a comedic/vlog channel NikkiPhillippiTake2

Sephora Must Haves?!

I have a question for you, sunday I'm going to sephora and there's a big sale. It's only in The Netherlands, but it's basically this department store called v&d and sephora is a shop in shop in the v&d. I'm soooooo excited about this sale! So the deal is 3 products from the sephora brand for €10,-! Yes you read that right €10 converted to dollars that is around $13! OMG I'm so excited! Trend Alert: Cap Toe Shoes

Hey everyone!
I was surfing the internet for shoe trends for fall and one trend caught my eye: Cap Toe Shoes. I think they're very wearable because they're two colors so it's easier to find an outfit that matches because at least one color should match an outfit in your closet ;) Celebs seem to love this look, here are a few pics:

NOTD - H&M Cracked nail polish

Today I'm wearing cracked nail polish.
I first applied a coat of glittery silver nail polish by essence called Rock 'nd Roll

Then I applied H&M Cracked nailpolish, I recommend getting this product it's cheap and it works really well. I paid €2,95.
